• Payment Information: We use PayMongo to process payments. We do not directly store your full payment card details. PayMongo handles this securely (see Section 4). We may store transaction IDs linked to your account.
• Device and Usage Data: Device type, browser information, IP address, and anonymous usage statistics (e.g., feature usage frequency).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Deliver personalized career advice through Josie’s AI assistant responses.
• Generate Cover Letters and Optimize Resumes using the information you provide.
• Improve the Service by analyzing usage patterns and feedback.
• Manage your account, including tracking your free credits (currently 10 upon signup) and purchased credits. Credits are consumed as follows: 1 chat = 1 credit, 1 cover letter = 10 credits, 1 resume optimization = 100 credits.
• Process payments for credit purchases via PayMongo.
• Send important updates about the Service (e.g., Terms changes) via email.
• Enhance your experience with tailored tips and AI tool guidance.
• Protect your account with security measures.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
