By using VA Coach Josie ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service. These Terms apply to all users, whether signed in or not.

2. Service Description

VA Coach Josie is an AI-powered career coaching platform designed for Filipino Virtual Assistants (VAs) and freelancers. We provide:

• Personalized career advice via interactive chat
• Skill development tips tailored to VA needs
• Industry insights for freelancing success
• Guidance on using AI tools to enhance productivity

The Service operates on a credit-based system: new users receive 50 free chat credits upon signup, and additional credits may be requested through our designated process (see Section 4).

3. Account Requirements

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Each user may have only one account.
• You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Chat Credits and Usage

VA Coach Josie uses a credit system for messaging:

• Free Credits: New users receive 50 free chat credits upon signup.
• Additional Credits: To obtain more credits, message our official VA Coach Josie Facebook page (facebook.com/vacoachjosie). Credits are manually added by our team after review.
• Usage: Each message you send consumes one credit. Responses from Josie do not deduct credits.
• No Refunds: Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

You agree to use the Service respectfully, avoiding spam, harassment, or attempts to manipulate the credit system.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use VA Coach Josie for lawful, personal career development purposes only.
• Do not share sensitive personal information beyond what’s necessary for account setup.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality of the advice provided.

Violation of these rules may result in termination of your access to the Service.

6. Content Ownership and Use

The advice and content generated by VA Coach Josie are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell this content without our written permission. We retain ownership of all AI-generated content and intellectual property related to the Service.

7. Limitations of Liability

VA Coach Josie provides career guidance based on AI technology. While we strive for accuracy, you are solely responsible for decisions made based on this guidance. We are not liable for:

• Errors or inaccuracies in the advice provided.
• Outcomes of your career or business decisions.
• Service interruptions or data loss.

Use the Service at your own risk and verify critical advice independently.

8. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it (including the credit system) at our discretion, with or without notice. We may also terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have questions or concerns, contact us via our Facebook page (facebook.com/vacoachjosie). For unresolved disputes, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any legal action will be resolved in Philippine courts.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be posted here with the updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Logo Usage Rights

VA Coach Josie has obtained approval from the creator of Avatar Generator from Canva to use the generated logo for commercial purposes. We have been granted the rights to utilize this logo in connection with our service.
